Lightmaker's campaign for Electronic Arts 'Spore' has won an NMA effectiveness award within the 'Entertainment' category in the industry's most prominent awards, held at the Grosvenor House Hotel on 25th June 2009.
After fighting off tough competition from the likes of UKTV, BBC and Channel 4, the award was presented to an ecstatic Lightmaker team on the evening.
Since 1997, the NMA Effectiveness awards have recognised the best work in interactive media, and work that has delivered impressive results and outstanding ROI.
These awards demonstrate and promote the quality of new media usage in the UK and are unquestionably the most prestigious accolades in the industry.
Judges said that the site is ‘incredible’ and shows what can be achieved with social media assets, adding that it sets a new benchmark.
