On-site management of two key projects and consultancy on streamlining the website development process.
Lightmaker were contracted to Electronic Arts to improve the production process and streamline inter-agency communication between the EA IMS Team, third party suppliers and the Lightmaker production unit. This was facilitated by using two key projects as test cases and benchmarks.
