Lightmaker have designed and developed a site which is primarily a marketing channel for Fern Developments to bring about the sale of developed property via its website. Fern Developments is based in the East of England, so is not well known on a national basis. Therefore, the site has been developed to inspire trust, confidence and professionalism in the Fern Development's brand. The layout, navigation and design brings Fern Developments in line with its competitors, but with added features included in the site such as a Mortgage calculator and Content Management System developed by Lightmaker to give the site some additional functionality over and above the lead market players. Lightmaker maintain and support the site on a monthly basis to ensure the site is an up-to-date resource for existing customers, and to ensure that the site continues to attract new customers by promoting developments directly to potential buyers.
