For PwC Consulting Lightmaker created a four-hour e-learning course on the principles of performance improvement (POPI), to teach newly hired consultants how to handle tricky management situations. The course featured manga-style animations and interactions, all created by Lightmaker. Students were immersed in a rich, complex scenario where they had to make the right decisions, with the support of animated coaches, to succeed.
The course was delivered via a learning management system to over 60,000 consultants worldwide. It was widely praised by these consultants as “fun”, “effective” and how “all training should be”.
