Lightmaker developed a website that relates the Cafédirect story and the company’s passion to provide better coffee, tea and cocoa and hence ensuring a better deal for the growers.
The site features enjoyable, intuitive and logical user journeys which encourage exploration of the site’s content and better inform consumers and increases sales through product purchases from the site.
The Cafédirect site has a unique look & feel which not only looks great but also does not compromise on accessibility. The site is a sales tool which delivers information both in a straightforward linear fashion and also much more subtly through the interactive Flash banners (more planned for future phases). It provides a fully comprehensive resource on all things Fairtrade, which not only advertises the products but also the partner organisations who produce them.
