RESAAS (Real Estate Software As A Service) completes its IPO on the Canadian National Stock Exchange today, taking another Lightmaker Incubator project public.
Adrian Barrett, Lightmaker’s founder, came up with the name and initial business concept in 2007/2008, with Lightmaker developers and designers in all four production pods working on the alpha site.
After meeting Cory Brandolini in 2009, Adrian and Cory decided to partner up and the present beta concept and business took shape.
RESAAS offers social, mobile and online tools to Real Estate Agents in North America… for the first time allowing them to fully control their own listings and content while at a desk or from their mobile device.
