Lightmaker have been awarded Investors in People accreditation which recognises the importance of management and organisational structures as an integral part of the running of successful organisations.
The Investors in People accreditation sets a level of good practice for the training and development of people to achieve the highest business goals. It provides a national framework for improving business performance and competitiveness, through a planned approach to setting and communicating business objectives and developing people to meet these objectives.
This comes at an important time for Lightmaker, when the organisation is expanding at a rapid pace with the opening of offices in the US (Florida) and the North of England (Manchester).
