Description:
Lightmaker is looking for an experienced Sr. Project Manager who wants to further their career and knowledge in an expanding, fast paced, innovative and award winning company. We are specifically looking for an individual with at least 3 years of direct experience in managing enterprise level websites, applications and/or platform development engagements.

This candidate will work within our Project Management group to manage large scale engagements ($300K+). Day to day activities will include:

• Lead and initiate discovery and planning of client engagements
• Lead the implementation of projects and manage the process
• Control project budgets, timelines and resource allocations
• Actively work with clients throughout projects to liaise between project teams and client stakeholders

The candidate must have proven web and new media project management experience particularly in the production of Flash/Flex frameworks, large-scale applications and enterprise systems. This team member must have extensive knowledge of both waterfall and agile development processes.

Qualifications:
Our preferred candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Project Management Certification (Preferred)
• 3+ Years in project managing large scale web implementations (distributed platforms, enterprise websites and systems)
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects (for multiple clients)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, MS Project
• Strong knowledge of website development lifecycle

General Requirements
The successful candidate should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, have experience in working to deadlines and willing to learn in order to progress within the organization. Presentation skills are essential as the role will be client facing in areas.

Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team of developers, both creative and technical are essential. The candidate should have experience of working to deadlines and on budget.
