Head Creative

Lightmaker Orlando is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to fill the position of Head Creative within the Lightmaker Orlando studio.

This position requires extensive knowledge and experience in the industries of both web and motion design.

Apply if you meet these requirements:

You must have an in-depth knowledge of industry tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and preferably Adobe After Effects.
You will be responsible for the overall quality of all design work that is produced by the studio. This involves leadership and delegation with the current design team and a strong sense of art direction to encourage team members to strive for a greater level of quality.
You must have strong communication skills as not only will you interface with the team on a constant basis but will interact directly with our clients.
You will need to be well versed in explaining conceptual ideas and strategies to clients and team members.
You will have a passport and be willing to travel to various Lightmaker offices Worldwide.
